Contest Information (west coast swing)

JACK & JILL CONTESTS (WSDC)

Level is based on West Coast Swing registry points https://www.worldsdc.com/registry-points/

Newcomer – Available to those that do not wish to compete in Novice and don’t have 1 Newcomer point (or 1+ Novice point)
Novice – Open to any dancer that does not have 30+ Novice points and does not wish to compete in Intermediate
Intermediate – Open to any dancer with at least 16 Novice points, but less than 45 Intermediate points (or 1+ Advanced point)
Advanced – Open to any dancer that has at least 30 Intermediate points, but less than 90 Advanced points (or 1+ All Star point)
All Star – Open to any dancer with at least 60 Advanced points

*WSDC points may be earned in these divisions

JACK & JILL CONTESTS (Masters):

Masters Open Jack & Jill – Dancer(s) must be at least 50 years of age to compete in Masters

*WSDC points may be earned in this division

Hi - Lo

Competitors will be randomly partnered with a dancer in the adjoining level (i.e., Hi -Lo) — to the best of the contest coordinator's ability each Hi will be paired with a Lo

High: Advanced, Allstar, and Champion Level Dancers
Low: Newcomer, Novice, Intermediate Level Dancers

This contest is for everyone’s entertainment. The exhibition will consist of your Swing Crush Champion Pro-Staff!

Strictly Swing

Any level may sign up together!

Coordinated strictly outfits are highly encouraged but not required!

Novice, Intermediate, Masters, Advanced, and All-Star Strictly Swing!
