 Complete the Community Leaders Program request form.


This helps us understand your role in your local scene.


➡️ Application submission is required.

Step 2: Confirm 5 Pro-Am Entries

Step 1: Apply as a Community Leader

Step 1: Apply as a Community Leader

 Successfully coordinate five (5) registered Pro-Am entries for Swing Crush 2026.


➡️ Once all five Pro-Am entries are registered and verified, your event pass will be comped.
